Product Design
Parts & Assemblies
From concept to geometry that can be manufactured: parts, assemblies, mechanisms and the constraints that shape them.

(Pre)
Born in Italy, I pursued my Product Design studies at IUAV University in Venice. My background comprises roles as a 3D Generalist across different studios.

“Lorenzo and I worked together on the interior design of a villa in Chengdu, China. He took care of modelling the project and then produced the renderings. It was a very positive experience, and I hope we can work together again in the future.”
At Domus Omnia I develop web applications, bringing modeling and design skills into AI-assisted workflows to build practical internal tools. I also contribute to 3D-printed prototype development, turning sketches of complex assemblies into print-ready models. Alongside this, I brought a large part of the company’s management tools in-house, improving how information flows between the offices and production.
At MA-DE Studio I designed and 3D-modelled travel luggage and accessories for worldwide brands, shaping collections that balanced brand identity, user needs, and manufacturing realities. I developed concepts, defined and detailed parts and assemblies for reliable production - working with polycarbonate/PP shells. My work spanned mechanism and interface design: telescopic handles, wheel housings, TSA locks, closures, and interior organization - prioritizing comfort, durability, and clean, consistent geometry.
As a freelance collaborator with Patrizia Volpato, I support decorative lighting projects across both product design and 3D visualization. On the design side I model glass compositions, parts, and assemblies - resolving complex curved geometries and coordinating with the technical office so files are production-ready. On the visualization side I deliver renders and presentation views that place each piece in context, turning technical models into imagery the brand and its clients can read at a glance.
Designed a series of small-scale products optimized for metal 3D printing in collaboration with Prinjet, balancing functional constraints with aesthetic precision. Focused on form, detail, and manufacturability to leverage the capabilities of metal additive manufacturing.
Developed high-fidelity renders of lighting appliances for EWO in collaboration with Align Office, translating complex technical specifications into visually compelling imagery. Supported product communication across digital and print channels by aligning visual outputs with brand and architectural standards. Contributed to design storytelling, enhancing clarity and appeal for the client’s new website.
Created detailed product renders for BC San Michele's Sine and San Michele collections, focusing on material accuracy, form, and lighting to highlight the brand's design language. Collaborated closely with the designer to ensure visual consistency across product presentations. Enhanced the collections' communication by delivering assets used in catalogs, digital platforms, and client-facing materials.
Collaborated with WÖW Solution as a freelance 3D professional, delivering high-quality models, renders, and animations for product visualization and communication. Translated technical briefs into detailed visual content. Ensured consistency across digital assets while adapting to fast-paced project timelines and evolving client needs.
Built and managed the studio’s 3D model archive, produced product renders and contributed to R&D.
Modelling, rendering and product development since 2017.
From lighting and luggage to metal additive manufacturing.
Selected projects documented from brief to final imagery.

Product design and development, 3D modelling for production, photoreal renders and animations, and art direction for catalogues and digital platforms.
You work directly with the person designing and modelling your product: fewer hand-offs, faster decisions and one point of responsibility from concept to final files.
A render pack usually takes one to two weeks; product development depends on complexity. You get a clear timeline before we start.
CAD files (STEP, IGES or native), high-resolution renders and any source files agreed in the brief.
Yes. Most collaborations start with one project - a retainer only makes sense once we know we work well together.
